Melamine veneer, also known as paint-free board, does not need to be sprayed with paint, and is bonded to the substrate by hot pressing.

2. Leather

The veneer is pasted with veneer, and a layer of log thin veneer is pasted on the board. Common veneers include cherry wood veneer, walnut veneer, maple veneer, and beech wood veneer. They have natural color and texture, and achieve the same look and feel as solid wood, but the price is lower than that of solid wood bathroom cabinets.
The veneer can be attached to MDF, multi-layer board and blockboard, but it is generally not used for particle board (particle board). The surface of particle board (particle board) has obvious graininess, is not smooth and smooth, and is difficult to paste. It is prone to cracking and affects the waterproof effect.

3. Paint

The paint base material is solid wood and MDF, and paint is sprayed on the polished solid wood and plate to form a protective paint film.
In addition to the simple spray paint treatment, there is also a paint baking process. Compared with spray painting, the steps of baking paint are more complicated. For painting, you only need to smooth the surface and spray paint, while baking paint requires three times of primer and four times of topcoat on the substrate. room baking. But in terms of effect, baking paint is better than spray paint, the surface is smooth, the paint film is more uniform, and the color and brightness are fuller.

4. Film pressing, blister

Film pressing and blistering are both covering the PVC film on the substrate, and the final finishing effect is not substantially different. The two different names of "film pressing and blistering" are due to the difference in the actual processing process of the two. : Film pressure is to press the PVC film to cover the board; Blister is to use vacuum suction to cover the PVC film on the board.
Film pressing and blistering can only be processed on MDF and multi-layer boards. The surface of the particle board is uneven and the shape is rough. Solid wood will cause the PVC film to deform and crack due to the thermal expansion and contraction of the wood.
The film pressure and suction shape are various, and the colors and textures are rich. The plate is directly covered without the need for edge-sealing treatment, which avoids the problem of edge-sealing and glue opening. But it is not resistant to scratches and high temperatures, and a cigarette butt may damage the PVC film.
